Yesterday, I made tortilla corn wraps.
I like wraps. And my dear followers, you know, that I like delicious and very easy and quickly prepared dishes. I am very busy and I don’t have a lot of time to spend in my kitchen.
I also love pizza, but I am vegan. This is why I just need to be a little more creative to make it. I just made this pizza for you. And most important in this recipe is vegan cheese. Sometimes I use soy cheese, but this is really nice hummus and Nutritional yeast cheese sauce.

Vegan Gluten free Pizza With Cheese
- 1 corn tortilla wrap (or some other gluten free wrap)
- 2-3 T tomato paste
- Handful baby spinach
- 7-8 slices zucchini
- Plum tomato, sliced
- Basil and parsley
- Sunflower seeds, hulled (a little fat helps with absorption of nutrients in veggies)
Cheese Hummus Sauce:
- 3 table spoon hummus
- 2 table spoon nutritional yeast
- Water to thin out
- 1/2 tea spoon Turmeric (to make it yellow – it will change the taste a bit, keep in mind)
Directions: Spread tortilla with pizza sauce. Add toppings followed by cheese and seasonings. Broil in the oven for about 3 minutes on low- watch carefully! Serve immediately.
